Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped FREE (to the 48 Contiguous States).  A minimum purchase of $29.90 is required for purchase (total price in cart, it could be 2 or more items). With free shipping the shipping method is USPS Priority unless we upgrade.  If you prefer UPS, you can select it but there will be a shipping charge.  If you are shipping to an APO address, you will need to select the country USA - APO and USPS as the shipping method.  Because we offer our products at the lowest possible prices, we do not offer free return shipping.   If you have any questions about your shipping, please give us a call at 888-662-7897.

Return Policy

Our refund policy is simple. Unworn shoes with the original shoe box can be returned for a full refund up to 30 days from your receipt of the shoes (returns without the original shoe box are subject to a 15% restocking fee). You don't have to call for an authorization number. If you have any questions about your return, please give us a call at 888-662-7897.

Returns can also be made at any of our Marty's Shoes retail store locations in the NY/NJ Metro area even if you made your purchase on the Internet.  You can also use any shipping method you prefer such as Fedex, USPS, etc (this would be at your cost). Paypal and Google Checkout purchases can only be returned to the Internet store, our Outlet stores cannot accept them.

 

Size descriptions on the web site are for information only (to assist you in making the correct size selection). In the event the shoe doesn't fit you can return the item. (All feet are different).

 

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please retain your receipt, as this will help you to receive a full refund quickly. Even if you have lost your receipt, we have a record of your sale so in this case enclose a note with the Name of the person who ordered the item.

Backorders

Many retailers accept backorders. This way they can order the product as soon as they get your order and you are forced to wait for your order. Marty's Shoes doesn't believe this is the way a business should operate. We don't backorder anything. We do our best to display the sizes that are available in our huge warehouse. Occasionally in the rare event, due to unexpected high demand, we are out of your size, you will not be charged and you will be notified ASAP.
